Dream Upon a Princess LLC Policy and Agreement
1. All events are indoors unless otherwise stipulated. The
CLIENT (contracting consumer referred to heretofore as CLIENT) is responsible
to provide indoor location. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the
PROVIDER (Dream Upon a Princess and/or affiliate referred to heretofore as
PROVIDER) has arrived at the event location, even if PROVIDER cannot perform
due to inclement weather. PROVIDER has the right to refuse to perform services
or cancel performance if the temperature is higher than 65 degrees Fahrenheit
and the CLIENT has no alternate indoor location.
2. Cancellation of the engagement by the CLIENT for any
reason shall forfeit the deposit. Cancellation of the engagement by the CLIENT
within 8 days of the date of engagement shall also require payment of the
balance to the PROVIDER, unless the same act is re-booked by the CLIENT for a
mutually agreeable date within 30 days of the original event date. A CLIENT canceling their engagement by
telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail or
email).
3. If the PROVIDER or the CLIENT must
cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, “Force Majeure”, riot, strike,
epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, this contract shall become
null and void, all deposit and balance payments shall be refunded, and both
parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.
4. Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
5. Balance is payable to PROVIDER by cash or certified
check, at the engagement prior to services provided.
6. If at any time PROVIDER feels that they are in a
threatening, hostile, unsafe, harmful, hazardous, or unsanitary environment,
PROVIDER retains the right leave with full compensation from the CLIENT.(This also means: adult supervision at the party to make sure children are behaving. If the children start to hang on or act out toward our actors, or any other children we have the right to leave.)

8. Payment of deposit indicates agreement to the terms of
this contract by the CLIENT.
9. Adults must supervise the kids! Although we are either CPR or Lifeguard certified, we are there to entertain not to be a lifeguard. Parents and or guardians are responsible for supervising all children in the water. (PROVIDER retains the right to leave any time there is not a Guardian supervising the water and with full compensation from CLIENT.) No refund will be distributed.
